Swindon Design can setup SMTP or POP3 accounts to provide you or your company with e-mail capabilities. SMTP mail is more commonly used and more cost effective with over 10 users, once purchased, the number of users is unlimited. Each account has its own e-mail address, username and password.

POP3 / IMAP E-mail Accounts (From £10)

POP3 and IMAP accounts are cost effective for 5 users or less. Each user has their own account, username and password. POP accounts are best for users who will access email on one computer, whereas IMAP accounts are preferred by users who want to access their email from any PC (home, work and on the move).

SMTP Mail (From £150)

Simple Mail Transfer Protocol is used when you need to send internal as well as external (Internet) mail. This option requires a mail server; for example GroupWise or Microsoft Exchange. A large number of different user accounts can be set up with this type of mail.
